I led a co-design session with a team of six designers, including a manager and the design system team, to develop a solution that informs our users about the assessments and needs triggered by a completed assessment. The main objectives of this design are to enable users to:

1. Identify the triggered assessments or needs.

2. View the overall score of the completed assessment.

3. Understand what triggered these assessments or needs.

I explored several questions and considerations, including:

​

1. Is there a preferred order for displaying triggered assessments and needs (e.g., alphabetical order, score, priority)?

2. Should the organization be based on prioritization or the sequence in which they need to be completed?

3. How can I provide users with the option to minimize or maximize the side panel for a better user experience?

4. What visual cues can I use to indicate that a triggered assessment is complete or disabled?

5. Is it beneficial to communicate to users what triggered a specific assessment or need?

6. Should only the title of the assessment be clickable for navigation to the tasks that need completion?

7. Should I include pagination for the triggered element scroll to manage larger volumes of triggered assessments?

 

These questions are crucial for refining and optimizing the user experience in this feature.
