I'm a UX Designer with over a decade of experience as a designer, project manager, and manager. I specialize in enhancing experiences through qualitative and quantitative research, user journey, testing, wireframes, and prototyping. Most importantly, I generate results by placing the user at the center of every decision I make.

I advocate the wants and needs of the person who’s engaging with our products. I leverage my skills to create products that are easy to use and natural.

My design process:

🔍 Research: Before starting on a project, I always familiarize myself with
the previous work that was done, the work that needs to be done, and
understanding my users through various methods such as
user/stakeholders’ interviews, competitive/comparative analysis,
qualitative and quantitative research.

👐🏽 Share/Present: After intensive research, I dive into presenting my findings with different artifacts such as personas, user journeys, and site maps.

✍🏽 Design: To then start bringing my ideas to life, I like traditional pencil and paper to start sketching. My physical sketches are then digitalized where I start creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.

👐🏽 Share: I share my designs with my team, developers, and stakeholders for feedback and direction, keeping an open feedback loop.

📝 Refine: I utilize the collaboration from my team to update and edit the designs.

👩🏽‍💻 Testing: I validate the design through usability testing to make sure my designs address and accurately solve the problem(s).

📝 Iteration: I update and edit the design base on the findings from the usability test.

🔄 Share - Refine - Test - Iterate: I keep a continuous look to ensure the design is optimized for the project.

💪🏽 Hand-off: After a challenging but fun process of designing for my client, I enthusiastically hand off my design to our engineering team to bring to life for our end-users.

Now, time to do it all over again for the other projects I'm excited to be part of.
